• ◆ Budget is below €1M

The penthouse hybrid: Many buyers resolve the dilemma with a penthouse — apartment-style ownership and community fees, but private terrace space (often 100–400m²) that approaches villa privacy. Good penthouses in prime locations combine the best of both worlds, at a premium price.
